We have been in business since 1989 and have provided services to many insurance professionals through the years and plan to continue providing quality service to both Insurance Claims Adjusters and the Insured. It is our goal to settle claims in a timely manner, fairly and honestly, providing you with quality photographs and detailed, itemized estimates of any and all necessary repairs, along with any other documents you request such as Proof of Loss forms, PILR, Non-Waiver agreements, etc. We can perform title and property searches as well as obtaining fire and police reports, witness statements, etc. relating to any loss. It is our intention to provide you with quality, friendly service in order to assist the claims adjuster with efficient handling of claims files and bring them to a final conclusion as soon as possible, while maintaining a good relationship with the Insured for continued business with them in the future. It has been our experience in the past that our service has resulted in a considerable savings to the Carrier versus simply accepting bids from local contractors for the repairs. For property claims reporting, we utilize the Powerclaim program, and Craftsman database. This program provides our Clients with a neat, efficient report that is all inclusive. We attach scanned documents, estimates, digital photos, scene or dwelling diagrams, and our report in one e-mail send directly to the adjuster via a standard .pdf file that can be easily opened, viewed, and/or printed for your records. Our local service area includes the cities of Clarksville, Dickson, Waverly, Camden, Paris, Nashville, Murfreesboro and Franklin. Our area covers most all of middle Tennessee. We can work outside these areas, however an additional time and mileage charge would apply. We include a photo map of our service area with this report for your file that outlines our local area. There is no time or mileage charge for any claim in this area.
